Happy Friday friends! Doesn’t it feel like this year flew by? I’m still wrapping my head around the fact that it’s almost December. I know this time of the year calls for lots of travel so I wanted to share my go-to comfy travel outfit. Athleisure is so in – I think I can speak for everyone when I say that we are all so thankful something as comfy as yoga pants and workout clothes became a trend. I love that it makes for a really comfortable outfit to travel in while still looking cute and put together. One of my favorite places to shop for athleisure is Nordstrom because they have so many brands and lots of variety. They also have a great return policy and amazing customer service which always makes them my go-to for shopping.
This long sleeve hoodie from Zella is so buttery soft. I love the funnel neck on it! It’s perfect to throw on for a quick errand or to wear under layers. I paired it with this black puffer vest. A good black puffer vest is such a staple for any closet and this one is really high quality. Both the shirt and vest run true to size and I’m wearing an XS in both.
If you haven’t tried these high-waisted leggings, you seriously need to! They are made of a thick material so you can wear with them with anything and they’re high-waisted so they are incredibly flattering. I don’t have to hem mine and I’m 5’2.5. They run true to size and I’m wearing an XS. I always grab a pair of these every year because they’re that good and I love having more pairs!
My white platform sneakers are so cute and I love how they give me some extra height. They’re pretty comfortable to walk around in and I can’t wait to wear them year round. They do run half a size big so I would size down half a size for these. I got a 6.5 and I usually wear a 7 in shoes.
And of course if you’re traveling, you need a good weekender bag to take along with you and this one from Sole Society is amazing quality. It’s vegan leather, super sturdy, and I love the black stripe detail on this one. I just got it two weeks ago and have loved using it for weekend trips. It surprisingly holds a lot and the handles are thick enough to withhold overpacking.
Hope you enjoyed these travel outfit essentials! Where are you headed this holiday season? We have a few fun trips planned and I can’t wait to take you all along!
*Thank you to Nordstrom for sponsoring this post. As always, all thoughts and opinions are my own.
