MY WISHLIST
I have lots of restocks this time which is never fun because it adds up quick!! But all tried and true products (oribe texture spray, caudalie products, kerastase hair serum, laneige sleeping mask and fresh lotus night cream). For the new items I’m most excited to finally try the Clarins Double Serum and the Hun Van Ngo lipgloss in 88! It looks very similar to a lipstick I loved from Nars that was discontinued. I got a sample of the Danessa Myricks yummy skin tint and really loved it so I can’t wait to pick that up during the event. It looks really skinlike and great for daily wear.
I’m sure this will be the first of many orders lol but I’ll share my haul when it comes in!
FOUNDATION
I never thought I’d see the day when Armani Luminous Silk was NOT on this list of my foundation recoemmenations. If you missed my posts, the iconic foundation has been reformulated as of this fall and it is sadly NOT the same. I’m savoring my last bottles!! I’ve gotten a lot of questions about what I’m using these days instead and what I would recommend. I went back to using my NARS Sheer Glow (but this is no longer sold at Sephora). I’ve been reaching for the Dior Foundation Stick the most! The coverage is beautiful and it looks so pretty on the skin especially mixed with the Charlotte Tilbury glow tint stick!
For lighter makeup, I love the Hourglass Skin Tint and the IT Cosmetics CC cream Nude Glow. They’ve sadly also discontinued my favorite matte foundation (NARS Soft Matte) so I will be looking for a new matte to recommend!
Shade names: Dior: 3N // Natasha Denona: YN9 // Hourglass: Shade 9 // IT Cosmetics CC Nude Glow: Medium Tan
For reference, I am generally medium with warm undertones when selecting foundations sometimes light medium. I would describe my skin as normal with oil in my t-zone by the end of the day.
GLOWY PRODUCTS
Even though I prefer matte makeup I still love to have a glowy complexion and base so I always use some type of glowy agent underneath my foundation or mixed in with my foundation. Here’s a few of the ones I’ve tried and love – my current obsession is mixing the Charlotte Tilbury stick with Dior Foundation Stick!
Shade Names: Charlotte Tilbury: 7.5 / Armani: Shade 10 / Saie: Warmglow
PRIMER
I’ve been using the Danessa Myricks Glowy Serum so much! It’s so hydrating and glowy and a great replacement for the Laneige Glowy Makeup Serum that was discontinued. My other top primers are the Hourglass Primer and Huda Primer.
CONCEALER
I recently tried the Patrick Ta concealer and really like it! It has medium coverage and is really brightening! For undereye, I’ve still loving Natasha Denona the most. Hourglass is really great for a full coverage option and spot concealing. I also still love Tarte Shape Tape for a full coverage undereye and mixing it with a lighter coverage concealer. It’s finally at Sephora now too!
For setting undereye, I’ve been using a combo of the Pat Mcgrath blurring undereye powder in Light and Laura Mercier in Translucent Honey. I pat out the excess powder on my hand before applying to my undereye area and then later on I dust the loose powder from Laura Mercier to further set.
One product I highly recommend if you struggle with dry undereyes is the Bobbi Brown eye base/primer! I got this a couple years ago and it’s amazing. Definitely the best eye cream and eye prep I’ve used.
Shade names: Dior: 3W // Natasha Denona: YN9 // Armani: 5.75 // Hourglass: Beech // Patrick Ta: Medium Golden Neutral 1 and Light Golden 3 // Tarte: Medium Sand 34S or Medium Neutral
For reference, I usually get medium with neutral or warm undertones when selecting concealers for undereye and medium with warm undertones for all over.
I also love the Merit stick in Camel for covering blemishes on no makeup days and the Nars pot concealer in Praline for covering breakouts since it’s so full coverage.
SETTING POWDER, FINISHING POWDER, AND SETTING SPRAY
My favorite power of all time is the Charlotte Tilbury powder (in Medium) and no other powder has even come close. I use this for setting all over my face with a big fluffy brush and Laura Mercier (Translucent Honey) or Huda (Banana Bread) for my undereye.
I love MAC Fix+ for melting all the powders together and refreshing makeup and then spraying that with the Charlotte Tilbury. The CT does have a strong rose scent so if you’re sensitive to fragrance I wouldn’t recommend. For days I need my makeup to last ALL DAY I’ll do the One/Size Setting Spray. I’ll spray the Charlotte Tilbury after each layer of makeup and then set with the One/Size at the end to lock it all in.
The lighting palettes from Hourglass are a top recommendation always. These finishing powders are applied after your setting powder and they bring such luminosity to the skin. I can see a difference in how my makeup looks when I do this extra step. It’s hard to show on camera but I really feel it makes all the difference and gives that extra oomph to your makeup. If you haven’t picked up this palette or one of the face palettes that come with blush and bronzer as well I highly recommend! You can do your whole face with the palette. For the lighting palette I do Volume II.
Setting Powders
Setting Spray
Finishing Powders/Blurring Powders
I use the Pat Mcgrath one to set my undereye and it’s very finely milled and blurring!
BRONZER
My favorites I’ve been reaching for are the Hourglass bronzer of course my favorite of all time and the Armani powder bronzer is perfect for summertime! The Dior bronzer stick is so blendable and I’ve been reaching for that almost every day. The formula is similar to the foundation stick and looks so pretty on the skin. I also love the Makeup by Mario Serum Bronzer for lighter makeup days.
Powder Bronzers
Shade Names: Hourglass: Radiant Bronze Light// Gucci: 3 Medium // Armani: 110 // ABH: Tropical Tan (to contour nose)
Cream Bronzers
Shade Names: Dior: Light Medium // Patrick Ta: She’s Sculpted

BLUSH
I’m addicted to blush lol! I know I have too many and I just can’t resist trying new ones that come out. I just love how it can completely change the entire makeup look with the color and finish. I always layer cream blush and powder blush on top for longevity. My top recommendation for blush would be the Patrick Ta Duos. You get a cream and a powder to match and there’s so many shades for every skin tone! My personal favorites are She’s So LA, She’s Seductive, and Not Too Much
Powder Blushes
Powder Shade Names: Hourglass: Sublime Flush // Rare Beauty: Hope // YSL: 44 Nude Lavalliere // Fenty: Ginger Binge/Moscow Mule // Kosas: Dreamland // Haus Labs: Fire Moon
Cream/Liquid Blushes
Cream/Liquid Shade Names: Patrick Ta: She’s so LA, She’s Blushing, and Not Too Much // Charlotte Tilbury Wand: Pinkgasm and Peachgasm // Charlotte Tilbury Stick: Peach // Haus Labs: Glassy Cinnamon // Rhode: Toasted Teddy and Freckle // Saie: Mauveglow
HIGHLIGHTER
The rare beauty highlighter is still on top and #1 in my heart! I have shades Flaunt and Exhilarate and love them both. It is fragile though and breaks easily. Between the two shades, I reach for Flaunt more often. I also love the Dior Palette as well and it’s versatility.
Shade names: Rare Beauty: Flaunt and Exhilarate // Dior: 001 Universal
BROWS AND EYES
This is probably the most boring part of my makeup routine because I’ve found products that I like so I just repurchase them over and over. I’m still using my same brow pencil, mascara primer and mascara for the last couple years. I have straight asian lashes (I do use an eyelash serum for length and thickness) and this mascara combo just makes them look so nice.
For eyeshadow, I have been loving the Patrick Ta mini 6 pan palette in medium. It has everything you need for an easy eye look. I’m also happy to report that the Makeup by Mario Ethereal Eyes Palette is BACK for good!! One of the best palettes ever!
For easy eye products, I love the Armani eye tint in Cashew day and Merit in Vachetta. For shimmers I love the Patrick Ta duos!
Love the Shiseido and Shu Uemura lash curler! They don’t have the Shu Uemura one at Sephora though.
Eyeshadow Palettes
Sparkly eyeshadows
I LOVE the Patrick Ta duos! I have Do You Know Who I Am? and Still at the Club. Urban Decay Space Cowboy is always a perfect eyeshadow topper as well.
Easy eye products – what I usually use on a daily basis
Shade names: Armani: Cashew 22M // Merit: Vachetta
LIPSTICK
I live for a good lip combo!! No makeup look is complete without a perfect lip combo and I love buying new shades and formulas to try. All of my lipsticks are primarily peachy nudes and brown toned nudes but I have been dabbling more into pinky nudes again lately! 🙂 My most worn lipsticks lately are probably NARS Breathless, YSL Melted HOney, and MAC Creme de Nude.
Shade names: Charlotte Tilbury: Nude Kate, Penelope Pink and Yes Honey // NARS: Breathless (can’t find this shade on sephora right now) // Tom Ford: Sable Smoke // YSL: Melted Honey // MAC: Creme de Nude, Peachstock, and Thanks it’s MAC
LIPLINER
MAC is finallllly at Sephora which means I can include my favorite MAC liners in here too! The Huda Beauty liner in Sandy Beige is probably my favorite lip liner. I’ve been reaching for it almost every day – glides on and lasts all day. I love MAC Cork and ABH Cool Brown to define the outer edges too. Perfect way to finish a lip combo.
Shade names: MAC: Cork and Stripdown // Huda Beauty: Sandy Beige and Honey Beige // Makeup Forever: 600 Anywhere Caffeine // Makeup by Mario: Almond, Toasty, and Tan // ABH: Deep Taupe and Cool Brown
LIPGLOSS
Gloss me up!! I am a gloss girl forever – I just can’t do a lip combo without a gloss lol. These are some of my favorite glosses. My most reached for gloss is the Tom Ford Crystalline which they’ve also discontinued (lol) everything I love gets discontinued but I’m happy to share that they’ve come out with a new shade that I really love (N4 East Coast).
Shade names: Patrick Ta: She’s Expensive and Superficial and Pouty // YSL: 02 Sweet Pink // Saie: Shake // Makeup Forever: Latte Glaze // Armani Beauty: 07 Nude Glow // Dior: 013 Beige and 066 Shimmer Candy // Lawless: Glazed // MAC: C-Thru, Oyster Girl, and Nymphette // Tom Ford: N4 East Coast
MAKEUP BRUSHES
I couldn’t do my makeup without these brushes. If I could recommend two brushes only it would be the Hourglass dual ended brush and the Mario F4. They’re truly worth the splurge and keep their quality wash after way. The dual ended Hourglass brush is a must have for me. I use the larger side for bronzer every day and the smaller side for my undereye powder. The F4 is so multipurpose and you can use it with creams/liquids for foundation, bronzer, blush, etc. So good!
I also love the Patrick Ta nose contour brush! It makes contouring my nose super easy.
Brush Cleaner
SKINCARE
The Innbeauty extreme cream + tinted sunscreen and Caudalie serum have been my favorite skincare finds over the past 6 months! I tried to condense skincare to my current favs but you can always go back to my previous Sephora posts for more skincare recs.

BODY
I love the patrick ta and sol de janiero for their scents! The Patrick Ta smells sooo goood! I always lotion up as soon as I’m out of the shower and it makes my skin so soft! The Kiehl’s Creme de Corps is unscented so I layer a scented cream on top. It smells so good!
For self tanners, I love this mousse because the color looks so golden and natural and the mousse is hydrating. It usually lasts around 5-6 days on me. For gradual tanner, I love Lux Unfiltered.
Lotion and Body Cream
Tanning
Body Glow
Body Wash
Cyklar is now at Sephora!! I love the feel of this bodywash – so luxe!
FRAGRANCE
My favorite perfume is Baccarat Rouge 540 but over the last year I’ve dabbled in trying other fragrance. Below are some of my favorite ones I’ve tried! I’m currently loving the Ellis Brooklyn Isla Sirena and Miami Nectar for spring and summer! So delish!
Body Mists
Perfumes
HAIR
If you get one hair product during this sale let it be the Gisou Honey Hair Mask!! Usually when brands reformulate products it’s never for the better but this hair mask is SO good. I loved the OG and I might love the reformulated one even more. It makes your hair so soft, has the same amazing scent, and comes in a super cute honeypot package now. Daniel even tried this recently and said his hair felt so much softer after one use.
Hair Mask
Hair Tools
I love my Dyson airwap and use it so much now! I alternate between that and the GHD curling iron. If you’re looking for a new hairbrush I love the crown affair one! It really smoothes out my hair as it brushes.
Dry shampoo and styling products
Heat protectant, hair oils, scalp treatments, and leave in conditioners
GIFT SETS
My two favorite Kerastase products come in a gift set right now and my fav Summer Fridays scent ‘Birthday Cake’ is available in this set! Also love the Patrick Ta minis set – so good!
